What is your warranty on the WalkingPad Treadmill?

Does your warranty cover labour fees? / Do I have to ship it back to you for repairs?

Our warranty period only covers parts replacement and does not include call-outs which will be separately charged. Please note that in some areas, call outs may not be available. For areas where we do not have a technician we will need the equipment
