Does your warranty cover labour fees? / Do I have to ship it back to you for repairs?Updated 10 months ago
Our warranty period only covers parts replacement and does not include call-outs which will be separately charged. Please note that in some areas, call outs may not be available. For areas where we do not have a technician we will need the equipment sent back to us.
Additional labour charges may apply for any additional work performed on-site.
If the issue is a quick fix, our team will send you the part with instructions on how to replace it. However if it requires our technical team to assess it then we will need the equipment returned back to us.
Covering the cost for return shipping fee will be dependent on the time frame from when you first purchased it.
