Do you have a technician in my area if I need a repair/service?Updated 9 months ago

We have technical support team located in NSW and VIC for selected areas. For other states we may use an authorised 3rd party technician and if you are in a remote, regional and rural area, it may be harder to source a technician - the equipment may need to be shipped back.

Please note that the warranty is covered on parts only and will incur travel fee for call outs. See our Warranty Policy.
