Will I get a call prior to, or upon, delivery?Updated a year ago
Contact numbers are provided to the couriers when your order is shipped however we cannot guarantee, as some couriers do not call prior or during delivery.
The couriers that do call you prior to the delivery is the Room of choice delivery (or Room of choice + Installation) as they schedule the time and date with you. They may also give you a call before their arrival to ensure someone is home.
For standard delivery, they do not call you during delivery as a lot of the drivers do not have company mobiles. Standard deliveries are normally based on time frame so there is generally no calls prior to delivery but your tracking details will be updated when an item is on board for delivery.
In some instances they may call for larger items.
If your order isn't delivered, they will leave a "Missed Delivery" card and take the item back to the depot unless a Authority-to-Leave is given or if the item can be left out of sight.
For express delivery, as this is a booked in time frame the courier will not call unless they are at your premises and no-one is answering the door.
