Why do I need to pay for Transfer for Click & Collect?Updated 10 months ago

At WalkingPad we try to make our products as readily available as much as possible. However, space limitations within our warehouse can affect how much stock we can carry in one location.
To make it more cost effective for customer we offer the transfer options so customers can save on Shipping fees and delivery time. 

Transferring from our WalkingPad warehouse (NSW & VIC) will incur transporting fees, however these prices are generally less than having it shipped directly to you.

For the Queensland Location in particular, we do not have our own warehouse there and utilise a 3rd party warehouse. 

Of course, having a 3rd party warehouse comes with cost for transporting, warehouse management and storing fees.

As much as we would like to cover these costs, it is not feasible due to rising costs in the Economy.
