Where is my order? When will it arrive?Updated 10 months ago

Orders that have been shipped, will be emailed tracking details. You will be able to see the status on the tracking site. If the delivery has exceeded our website estimated time frame, you can contact us  to investigate the delay. 


Note: Delivery time frame can be longer after a public holiday as the depot will need to catch up for the day/s they are closed. The provided time frames are just estimated, unexpected delays can occur (e.g. Weather, traffic or vehicle issues). 

 

If your order has a pre-order item, it will not be shipped until the stock arrives. You will be emailed updates on the estimated date of arrival. 

Note: The estimated time is not a guaranteed time as circumstances can occur outside of out control.
