When will my item ship?Updated 10 months ago

WalkingPad is committed to getting your order to you as fast as possible. 

Provided that the item/s is in stock at the time of order, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. 

Once you item is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated arrival date for your order. 

Note: After public holidays or during peak sale times, dispatch can be delayed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are stock that is not yet available in our warehouse and will be posted out when we receive it.

You will be emailed if an item is out of stock or on pre-order with the estimated date of arrival.

You can authorise to have your items shipped when they are all available. If you wish for partial shipping of your order please contact us.
