When can I collect my order after purchasing?Updated 10 months ago

If your order is in-stock at the pick up location, you will be emailed a Pick Up Booking link to book in the time and date. The booking site will let you know the earliest date and time for collection. 

You can also ring us to find out if your order is ready to collect. 

Transfer for Click & Collect

If your collection option is a 'Transfer for Click & Collect' - our team will need to transfer the stock to the pick up location. This will generally take similar time frame to our Standard Delivery.

Once it arrives to the warehouse, you will be emailed the Pick Up Booking link to choose your time and date. 

3PL Parkinsons Location

Pick up from this location must have a booking. Without prior booking the goods cannot be released.

This location is managed by a 3rd party and requires customer order details to be sent to them first. Location and time will only be provided after Booking is confirmed.
