What happens if no one is home? Can you deliver on weekends?Updated 10 months ago

Unfortunately none of our delivery services operate on the weekends. Only in special circumstances they will schedule it for a weekend but this is dependent on the courier.

During Christmas or peak delivery periods, some of our standard delivery couriers will do weekend deliveries to clear out freight from their depot.

No One Home

If no one is home during delivery, the item will be brought back to the couriers depot, unless Authority To Leave (ATL) is given or the item can be safely left out of sight. A missed delivery card will be left in the mail box and your tracking will also inform you to contact them for re-delivery. If you fail to re-arrange delivery within 1-2 weeks, the freight could get sent back to us and a re-delivery fee will be charged.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • For Express service: if no one is home and ATL is given it will be left however, if it is not safe to do so or No ATL was given then the item will come back to our warehouse. Additional charges for re-delivery will need to be charged.
  • For Room of Choice: if no one is home and item is returned to our warehouse, re-delivery charges will apply.

Australia Post

For small packages sent with Australia Post, the item will either be left (if safe to do so) or taken to the Local Post Office for you to collect. If you fail to collect within the 1-2 week notice, the item will be returned to us and will incur a re-delivery fee.

To keep updated with your shipping with Australia Post, you can sign up an account and be notified via email and the Australia Post App.
