My tracking is invalidUpdated 10 months ago

Invalid tracking could be due to the following reasons. 

 

1. The order was just dispatched and you are trying to track it: For orders that have only just left our warehouse, the tracking number will not work immediately as the freight has to travel back to the courier depot for scanning. Once the freight is scanned you will then be able to see the tracking. 

We say to allow 24-48hrs for this to occur. During Peak periods however, scanning from the courier depots can take slightly longer and they may not scan the freight until it reaches the delivering state. 

Example: Freight will travel directly from Broadmeadows to NSW Depot and be scanned only when it arrives in NSW.


2. Wrong tracking site or tracking number: There may be an issue with the link sent to you or the tracking number.
