How can I get assistance with my delivery?Updated 10 months ago

We offer Room of Choice delivery for selected location in Victoria and New South Wales. You can check this by entering the your postcode in the shipping calculator. 

This service covers delivery into the house and up 2 flights of stairs (25 steps only). Assistance is not required for this service. 

For large, heavy items we may need the couriers to check your staircase space can fit 2 people before proceeding with the order. 

If you opt for the Standard or Express delivery, it will require assistance on site and delivery is on the ground floor, front entrance only and no steps.
