Can I collect my freight from the Courier depot?Updated 10 months ago

Our standard Door to Door delivery service covers most areas and delivers to the Door or kerbside. 

Rural or remote areas may need to collect from the local depot. If your area has unsealed roads (not concreted), the trucks will not be able to travel to your house and will require you to collect from the depot.

There is some Couriers that do not allow customers to collect directly from their depot due to Occupational Health and Safety reasons. 

To find out if you can, please Contact Us and we can verify this with the courier. 

Note: Your shipping address will still need to be entered as your residential address.
