Why is it asking for a Shipping Address but I am going to Click & Collect?Updated 10 months ago

Being a direct from Warehouse company there's a few reasons why we ask for shipping information.  
 

Pick Up Location 

One of the main reason is that we have three pick-up locations (QLD, NSW and VIC), we need to know where your location is so that our system can provide you with the correct options.  

For example: if our stock is in Broadmeadows but you live in Sydney, pick-up option will not be shown. However, transfer to NSW warehouse option may be given (fees may apply with transfers). 
 

Warranty  
Having an address on file means we are able to help you if you require parts to be sent or have other warranty issue where a technician is needed on site.  

 

Billing 

If your residential address is the same as your billing address, this automatically enters to the billing address field, saving you time from entering it again.
