I bought the wrong product - can I change or amend my order?Updated a year ago

At WalkingPad we're committed to great customer service, and understand that sometimes mistakes can happen.  

 

If an amendment to your order is required, please contact us on our via our online chat as soon as possible and our staff will be able to assist you. 

 

Unfortunately you will be unable to change/amend the order once it has been processed for dispatch, as it is no longer able to be halted and will be handed over to our courier partners shortly.     

 

If you wish to amend the item after the item has been delivered it will fall under our change of mind policy.
