Change of Mind

Once the item is back into our warehouse, our refunds team will process the refund. 

Generally refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to go back to your account. 

Our accounts team do not process any refunds on the weekend.

Warranty Issue

If you have returned the product due to a warranty issue, the product will be assessed by our technical support team. If proved to be faulty, our team will discuss the refund amount with you and forward to accounts team. 

Processing the refund will take the same amount of time to go back into your account.
