Are you able to arrange a courier to return the product if I don't like it?Updated 10 months ago
First you will need to check if you meet the Change of Mind Policy.
If you meet the policy but have installed the product, we will need check it's quality for return. Please send us a email to [email protected] with a photo of the product.
Return fees will apply and the team will quote you the cost before proceeding.
To ship it back:
- The product will need to be dismantled and re-packaged for protection.
- Our team will send you return labels to print and stick on to the box/s.
- Once the freight is ready, our returns team will book in the collection time for the courier.
Note: Regional, rural and remote areas can take longer to arrange a collection as the area may not be served regularly. Some areas may require it to be dropped off at the depot.
